Fees and schedules

I work with prospective clients by inviting them to have a complimentary conversation at a mutually agreeable time and date in order to help me understand how I may best be of service to the client. Be prepared to discuss what is troubling you enough to ask for guidance and/or help with the issue(s) confronting you. Then we discuss schedule and fee based on the realities of your life and revenue model.

I have a sliding scale, depending on the financial resources available to the client, the difficulty of the challenges the client is facing, the amount of time and effort that is estimated to be needed to produce breakthrough results. No matter how wealthy or poor, finances and scheduling are a challenge for most people. Let’s talk about it.

Insurance

Check with your insurance company and see if I am on their panel.  If I am on your plan, I can file your insurance. If I am not on your plan, I will provide you with the necessary paperwork to file on your own. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
: I offer a flexible fee when financial hardship prevents a patient from accessing treatment.  Please call to discuss this with me.

Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
